From the original Fr.Scully House bed-sit development on Gardiner St./Grenville St, the construction of James McGee House and Ignatius Nordell House in 1994 and 2000 respectively brought this site to 68 units.
Cabhrú expanded to Ballinteer in 1971, D.16 with 21 units, later re-built to provide 41 modern apartments in 2010.
In 1984, McSweeney House on Berkeley Street, D.7 was built with 21 apartments.
In 2014, the award-winning Fr.Scully house was completed, providing 99 state-of-the-art self-contained apartments.
O’Daly House, was purchased in 2019 and was totally refurbished to provide twelve apartments. The works were completed in November 2020.
11 Charlemont Road, was purchased in 2019 and Cabhrú intends to refurbish the four apartments in the near future.
