Operations Manager

PAT DOHERTY

Mr. Pat Doherty, who joined Cabhrú in March 2021 as the new Operations Manager, has over 30 years of experience working in the NGO and housing sector.

Before joining Cabhrú, Pat was Head of Housing at ALONE for four years. Prior to this Pat worked with Age Friendly Ireland, The Alzheimer Society of Ireland, Depaul Ireland and Depaul International.

Over the years he has been to the forefront of innovation in housing and service development and had gained an extensive knowledge and understanding of the needs of older people.

Pat has a proven track record of working collaboratively with key stakeholders, including older people, statutory bodies, funders, community groups and the general public. Pat also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Housing Policy and Management from Northumbria University.


Finance Manager

Analise Ciantar

Analise is an Accounting Professional who joined the company in September 2017. She is responsible for financial /management processing and reporting.

Analise has played a pivotal role in the implementation and ongoing development of our SDM Housing Management software.

She continues to work closely with the other team members in ensuring that compliance with the Regulator’s Standards are maintained and developed, while reporting to management.


Finance Officer

AUDREY MCCORMACK

Audrey is an accomplished accounting professional who joined Cabhrú in July 2020 as a member of the finance team.

She previously worked in industry, including insurance and construction suppliers, as well as with a number of private practice firms, working with numerous clients.


Tenant Liaison

Audrey Stewart

Audrey joined Cabhrú in June 2015 as an assistant to the Administrator, producing management information and playing a key role in the development of policies & Procedures leading to VRC registration.

Audrey moved to the role of Tenant Liaison officer in Sept.2017. She brings to this function a unique blend of practicality, common sense and the ability to combine patience and problem-solving when dealing with vulnerable elderly tenants.

As Cabhrú proceeds towards reaching Tier 3 status, Audrey continues to work closely with the Finance Officer in producing management reports relating to tenancies.


Buildings & Facilities Officer

Zvonimir Blasko

Zvonimir Blasko joined the Cabhrú team in April 2019. With a background in Administration and Customer Service, he will be heavily involved in coordinating the logistical administration of our development projects.
